The rules, in full

Drivers 23 and above with 2 years on their licence. Unlimited km in Peninsular Malaysia. Deposit back in 1 to 3 working days.

Questions

Before you book

What documents do I need?

Your MyKad (or passport if you are visiting) and a driving licence you have held for at least 2 years. Send photos on WhatsApp; there is no paper form and no counter.

When do I get my deposit back?

Within 1 to 3 working days after the car is returned and checked, straight to your bank account, as long as there is no new damage or unpaid summons.

What is the insurance excess?

RM 1,500 to RM 3,000 depending on the car. Every car has comprehensive cover; the excess is the most you pay if you are at fault in an accident.

Can I drive outstation?

Yes. Mileage is unlimited anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, from Penang to Johor. Singapore, Sabah and Sarawak are not covered.

What is the fuel policy?

Same to same. We note the fuel level when we hand you the keys, and you return the car at that level.

How is a rental day counted?

Every 24 hours from pickup is one rental day, with 1 hour of grace: 25 hours is one day, 26 hours is two. Each full 7 days is charged at the weekly rate. Bringing the car back later than booked is RM 20 an hour after the grace hour.
